HIIT FIT Fusion 45A total body workout in just one 45 minute class. Consisting of: upper body, lower body, cardio, core and strength. All done in an Interval Training format.
Group CycleGroup cycling, as an organised activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

HIIT All OverHIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Boot CampA hard core circuits class to build strength.
TransformA combination of yoga, strengthening & conditioning to chart topping music. In 60 minutes we build heat within the muscles:-sweat, breathe & lengthen the body through slow, controlled, string movements & poses. It also gives us an opportunity to calm the mind & relax. Suitable for all fitness levels & ages.
Buggy BootcampA circuit type workout for parents with their baby. The child must remain in the buggy. New mums must have their 6 to 8 week check up with the GP and 10 weeks if a C-Section.
