Vitality Studio Timetable

Whether your aim is to lose weight, meet friends, improve fitness levels or to simply feel better, Vitality Studio can cater for all your health and fitness needs!

Let our fully qualified fitness instructors help you get the most out of your workout with our range of fitness classes for adults. Classes are free to Vitality Members and a pay as you go option is available for casual users. Classes should be booked online via the Vitality App or by clicking here.

This fitness fusion will help you burn optimal calories whilst boosting your metabolism, increasing your stamina and overall fitness. Modified alternatives will be offered - suitable for all levels of fitness.Function Suite
Tuesday7.15pm-8.15pmLegs, Bums & Tums with Belinda (starting 9th May)This session will activate, strengthen and tone these target areas. Using body weight / bands / chairs to build lean muscle and strength with lots of developmental stretching also. Suitable for all levels and abilities.Function Suite

With easy to follow choreography designed to suit all levels of fitness. ( Not an ideal class for folk with knee issues)Function Suite
Saturday10.00am-11.00amSculpt & Tone with Belinda (starting 13th May) A total body workout which gives attention to your balance, joint mobility, strengthening of core / back muscles. Including effective mat based Pilates inspired exercises with lots of stretching at the end. Suitable for all levels.Function Suite
