Class Descriptions

HIIT FIT Fusion 45

A total body workout in just one 45 minute class.

Consisting of :

  1. Upper Body
  2. Lower Body
  3. Cardio
  4. Core
  5. Strength

All done in an Interval Training format.

Group Cycle

Group cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

 Beginners Yoga

Increase your strength and mobility in a welcoming and relaxing environment!


A system of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and posture and enhances mental awareness.

Group Cycle & Core

Combines Group Exercise with core and strength exercises.

Bums/ Legs/ Tums

Variety of exercises using a mixture of body weight and resistance equipment targeting the lower body while engaging the core.

Active Aging

Get out and active with an array of activites at Vitality Studio. 

HIIT All Over

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Boot Camp

A hard core circuits class to build strength.


 A combination of yoga, strengthening & conditioning to chart topping music.

In 60 minutes we build heat within the muscles:-sweat, breathe & lengthen the body through slow, controlled, string movements & poses. It also gives us an opportunity to calm the mind & relax.

Suitable for all fitness levels & ages.

Buggy Bootcamp

A circuit type workout for parents with their baby. The child must remain in the buggy. New mums must have their 6 to 8 week check up with the GP and 10 weeks if a C-Section.
