As well as providing a host of fantastic activities under one roof, Dundonald International Ice Bowl also offers a number of health and fitness classes throughout the year. Classes cater for all ages and levels of fitness.

Aerobics

  • Tuesday 10am - 11am
  • Tuesday 6.15pm - 7.15pm
  • Thursdays 6.15pm-7.15pm

This class caters for all ages and levels of fitness.  Newcomers are always welcome.

Yoga Classes

  • Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.00pm

This class is suitable for beginners and will run through the basic techniques of Yoga and relaxation.

This class improves your health and core stability using relaxing exercises

Weight Watchers (Age 16+)

  • Monday 5:30pm - 6:30pm 

This class promotes healthy eating combined with regular exercise to achieve steady and sustainable weight loss.  Classes consist of a confidential weigh in and class talk.
