As well as providing a host of fantastic activities under one roof, Dundonald International Ice Bowl also offers a number of health and fitness classes throughout the year. Classes cater for all ages and levels of fitness.
Aerobics

- Tuesday 6.15pm - 7.15pm
- Thursdays 6.15pm-7.15pm
This class caters for all ages and levels of fitness. Newcomers are always welcome.

Weight Watchers (Age 16+)
