Site Rules

Terms and Conditions

  • All visitors must check in at the Main Reception of Dundonald International Ice Bowl and complete the relevant registration form.
  • Reception is open from 09.00 hours to 23.30 hours daily. Collection and return of park entrance keys should be made during these hours. In the event of early departure keys should be left with security available from 6.30am daily or returned on the previous evening before midnight to the duty manager at the main centre.
  • Commercial vehicles are not permitted onto the site.
  • Only one car is permitted per pitch.
  • Residency cards must be displayed on the caravan or the tent pitch at all times.
  • The site should be vacated no later than 12 noon on the day of departure.
  • Applications for an extension to a maximum of 14 Nights can be made to the Operations Manager. Such stays cannot be pre-booked in advance.
  • Day visitors are welcome onto the Caravan Park, however they must check in at the main reception at Dundonald International Ice Bowl.  If they are staying overnight a charge for additional persons will be made.
  • Dogs are welcome onto the site. At all times in the park, dogs must be kept on a leash and under the control of the owner.  They must not be allowed to foul any area of the park.  It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure they clean up after their dogs.
