Learn to skate like a Giant at Dundonald International Ice Bowl with one of our NEW Ice Hockey Courses
Only £50pp including one FREE public session skate after each lesson!!
Taught by fully qualified instructors, you’ll glide your way through the stages of Ice Hockey techniques including;
- Safely handling equipment, kit and skates
- Moving forward, stopping, falling and getting up safely
- Skating, gliding and bending knees
- Progression at gold standard to stick and puck handling
Courses are aimed at complete beginners and intermediate level skaters from 5+ years. Achievement will be graded based upon the Bronze, Silver and Gold awards through the following courses.
On successful completion of the Bronze and Silver Awards, skaters can progress on to the Gold Standard Hockey School. On completion of the Gold Standard you can skate your way on to the Junior Belfast Giant’s Learn to Play Programme!
